I did not place any order for whatever it is they are sending and yet they took upon themselves to mail it to me. I WANT NOTHING from this fraudulent company but my money for an order that I did not place. I get an email after they shipped my order even though I had been in contact with the contact to cancel to state that they will give me a 30-dollar e-gift card. I hear nothing until after they decided to ship an order for something I did not order and charge my credit card. They responded with the above message.I asked them what they are talking about and to CANCEL the order. This means we send regularly scheduled orders of your product(s) based upon your chosen frequency (2, 3 or 4 months).I emailed back and once again stated that I did not order this and to cancel this I then asked for a number to call. They responded with a generic message for and item that i did not order " Hi ****, Im so sorry! When placing your original order, you also signed up for auto-replenishment. No phone number is available and stated that I did not order this and to cancel this immediately. I emailed the company immediately because they have no other way to contact them. I looked online at my email an hour later and noticed a charge for ***** for some plumping cream that I did not order ORDER # **********. On I contacted the company and requested a return label. I tried a foundation from the company Order number ********** I had 14 days to try the foundation. ![]() Customer also describe the difficulty they experience when trying to reach the company's customer service department to cancel an order, request a refund, or resolve other matters.
